SocialG Gameplay Rules & Conduct

1. Acceptance of Rules

• By using SocialG, you agree to these Rules.

2. Team and Points Rules

• Once a team is created, users cannot modify it.
• For any particular team created, points earned by the Captain(C) and Vice Captain(VC) of that team will be multiplied by 2 and 1.5 respectively.
• Points for any particular team are calculated using the "Fantasy Points" formula as shown below:
  
  Fantasy Points = $\frac{\mathrm{Likes}\times 1.1+\mathrm{Comments}\times 1.2+\mathrm{Views}\times 1}{\mathrm{Subscribers}}\times 1000$
  
  Points are taken into account upto 10 decimal place(s) for rank allocation of any team on the leaderboard.
  Users will only be able to see points upto 1 decimal place(s) on SocialG app.
  In Case of a tie in points, "Equal Sharing Method" will be applied to decide the ranks of tied teams.
  
  "Equal Sharing" - In this distribution method, when there is a tie between two or more participants in a contest, the rewards for the tied ranks are combined, and then the total reward is divided equally among the tied participants.
• SocialG has the right to disqualify any team/participant, temporarily or permanently ban any account, for any contest on basis of suspected misconduct,spam or any activity on SocialG that we deem unappropriate.

3. ScoreCard Rules

• ScoreCard of each and every creator gets updated every 30 minutes.
• ScoreCard of each and every creator is calculated on basis of engagement metrics(views, likes and comments) on their respective post for that contest/slot.

4. Contests, Slots and Rewards

• Follow contest rules.
• SocialG determines reward eligibility.
• If minimum number of required participants are not fullfilled before the slot/contest goes live then that particular slot will be nullified and the entry fees of each and every participant shall be refunded under half an hour in thier SocialG account.
• No User is allowed to falsely manipulate views, likes and comments or any other engagement metric of any post. If found doing so, we reserve the right to suspend or ban their account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not engage in fraudulent activity.
• Do not interfere with the platform's operation.

6. Termination

• SocialG may terminate or suspend your account for violations of any of these rules.

7. Disclaimers

• SocialG is not responsible for content created by users or creators or third parties.
• Use the platform at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

• SocialG is not liable for any damages arising from platform use.

9. Privacy

• See our Privacy Policy for information on data handling.

10. Changes to Rules

• We may update these terms. Review them regularly.
